THE CORRAMORE TEAM
Meet Our Directors
Corramore is led by our three experienced Directors, Adrian McIvor, JimJo McCullagh and John Hart. Their industry knowledge and hands-on approach ensure each project is completed with efficiency, exceptional service and attention to detail.
A bricklayer by trade, Adrian is a Construction Director with almost 30 years of experience in the construction industry. With extensive practice in building and managing construction projects and a specialism within the heritage and commercial sectors, he is the principal of bespoke housing within Corramore. Adrian's passion and drive for excellence are abundant, which has built him a strong network of clients and supply chains.
He has a deep knowledge of innovative construction techniques, sustainability, buildability and energy-efficient solutions. Whatever the project, Adrian takes a man-on-the-ground approach and is wholly involved in all aspects - from negotiation to handover.
JimJo is an operations Director with almost 40 years of experience within the construction industry. He co-founded CorraMore Holdings after a successful career as a bricklayer and joinery sub-contractor throughout Northern Ireland. JimJo is responsible for overseeing the contracts once mobilized to the site.
As Operations Director, JimJo uses his strong communication skills to liaise with design teams and coordinate site teams & subcontractors. Jim is heavily invested in constructing Nursing homes across the UK and Ireland. He also heads up the company’s focus on green energy, actively engaging in hydro, wind and anaerobic digester plants, which CorraMore hopes to deliver nationwide.
John (MCIOB) joined CorraMore in 2014 as a Business Development Director after 25 years as a Surveying and Buying Director in a long-established multinational construction firm.
Throughout his time at Corramore, John has built a strong network of client relationships thanks to his proficiency in costing and commercial contracts and ability to deliver a project. John also has strong relationships with statutory bodies and utilities such as the Water Service, NIE, and DOE Planning, which greatly benefit CorraMore when procuring services for projects.

In line with our ISO 14001 Certification in Environmental Management, we are committed to building practices that utlise green energy and and reduce reliance on fossil fuels.. To achieve this, we use environmentally-friendly materials and processes where possible in our operations.
We're also taking the following steps to promote sustainability internally:
- Our head office heater is powered by an Anaerobic Digestor
- We operate an Employee Cycle2Work Scheme
- We use recycled and recyable materials for disposable products
- We have plans to move to an electric/hybrid fleet of vans by X
